Assignment Support (CURRENTLY or PREVIOUSLY scheduled shoppers):Please do NOT call unless you have an urgent question regarding an assignment you are scheduled to complete or to reschedule or cancel an assignment. If the assignment does not appear on your Shopper's Homepage, you are not scheduled to complete it. We have prompt response times via email and will address your question in a timely manner.
For immediate assistance regarding an assignment you are scheduled to complete or to reschedule or cancel an assignment call: 800-362-9946 and choose option 5 for urgent shopper issues. If you reach voicemail, follow the prompt to leave an urgent message. Someone will get in touch with you ASAP if necessary. If you call after 10pm and before 8am MST your call may not be returned until after 8am the next day. Failure to call to cancel or reschedule an assignment may result in removal from our system.
For non-urgent questions on a specific assignment you are scheduled to complete, please send an email to the scheduler for your assignment. The scheduler's email address is listed in your Assignment Specific Instructions. You can view these instructions via the link on your Shopper's Homepage. In the event that you are unable to email your scheduler directly you can send an email to: shoppersupport@amusementadvantage.com..
